Established in 2014, Casa De Mi Familia is a family style children's home in Playas de Tijuana. Currently 23 children, ranging in age from 6 to 18, reside there with the directors, whom the children consider their parents.
Casa's purpose is to provide the necessities of daily living as well as love and emotional support. Specifically these children are at risk for physical, emotional, drug and alcohol abuse, as well as human trafficking and the sex trade.
AOK started assisting these children when they lived at Siempre Para Los Ninos. Casa is no longer under the umbrella of Siempre Para Los Ninos, instead having formed their own civil association.
